Open Court Tennis is currently looking for motivated high school students to serve as Team Leaders.
Requirements:
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (3.5 preferred)
- In good academic standing
- Responsible, focused, and willing to lead by example
- Committed to both academics and personal growth
We are looking for students who take their future seriously and are ready to help others do the same.

🎾 Programs Team Leader
Organizes and supports tennis practices and activities. Helps ensure sessions are structured, focused, and productive.
📚 Academics Team Leader
Promotes academic excellence. Encourages strong study habits and helps maintain a culture where academics come first.
🤝 Student Engagement Leader
Welcomes and connects students. Helps create a positive, respectful, and focused environment.
📣 Promotions Leader
Spreads awareness about the program. Helps bring in new students and shares the mission with others.
🏘️ Community Leader
Builds relationships with parents, supporters, and the local community.
💡 Fundraising Leader
Helps organize efforts to raise support for equipment, events, and program needs.
